Gavin Matthews

>> I don't look I'm not aware of data that would indicate whether they were in the in the middle of a family law case. There is some data I think that indicates both spousal relationships and also issues with and I think there is some data around legal uh people that are um have some you know sort of legal concerns. don't think it necessarily breaks that down from I'm aware to um legal matters from a sort of family court or family law point of view. Um I mean it is but there is some broader data in the causes of death data around that around spousal relationship is one of the factors that impacts it's around about a third of um and you know it's comes in about number I think it's about one of the third for males um most from of the cause the factors that lead to suicide noting that for most people there are there are multiple factors that are involved in suicide not just one and I think the you know the latest data shows that for most people there are about 4.7 or so of causal factors that are, you know, contributing to that, not just one.

Speaker 26

>> Is this data available somewhere?

Gavin Matthews

>> Yeah, we can provide that on notice, Senator, and give you something. It is in the causes of death data um that gets released periodically and someone was released this week actually. So, we can probably I think point you towards that and help you out for sure.
