Patrick Coyle

We do.

Senator Maria Kovacic

You do. So you need to go to the to the administrator to get that information and they'll confirm that with you?

Patrick Coyle

Well, we already have a list of quite a number of names.

Senator Maria Kovacic

But you don't have all of them, so you won't know. But we but we do cross-check with the administrator or your own list.

Patrick Coyle

We we have a standing arrangement where we were um would would look at um engaging with the administrator about whether they have information about a person that's relevant to a right of entry permanent if they were previously a permit holder for the CFMU.

Senator Maria Kovacic

And what if they okay, that's right. Did you want to go to the vote as that? Sure.

Senator Marielle Smith

So um thank thank you to Mr. Furlong. As a regulator, we receive information from a range of sources. If a person is concerned that um if any if any stakeholder is concerned that a person who is a removed person has been employed contrary to the red the removed person's provisions, uh we receive we can receive information about that and we can investigate those matters. Um pointing point in question. We currently have an a current investigation uh in relation to the UFUA and whether the UFUA may have engaged um a person who is a removed person being Michael Ravbar, the former Secretary of the Queensland Divisional Branch.

Senator Marielle Smith

Okay.

Senator Maria Kovacic
