Uh okay, certainly.Um Treasury's impact analysis was published on the twenty first of September. That was two weeks after the consultation opened.Did the department see that impact analysis before it was released?
Greg Manning
Not sure any of the witnesses hit working on at the moment, no, but I think I'll have to take that on notice.I don't have personal knowledge of that.
Senator Jane Hume
If you could, I think that that would be very helpful. All right, I I'm conscious that we need to move on to the Fair Work Commission.Um, I do have more questions on this issue, and I put them on notice.
Senator Marielle Smith
Okay.So can I just clarify from the committee we're now in a position to dismiss our um officials from outcome three?Great.Um, so you go with our thanks, and then after the lunch break, we'll be returning with the fair work commission. The committee now suspends. We resume at 2 pm.Thank you.And I now welcome officers from the Office of the Fair Work Obudsman, including the Fairwork Ombudsman.
