Katrina Di Marco

Yeah, well, well, I'm not sure if I've got an answer, but hopefully, hopefully it comes somewhat close to that. I think as Ms Foster has already said, we take care of the conflicts on the appointment side of the process. And those conflicts are noted as part of that process. Once once, and in this case, Ms. Sherry has been appointed, any conflicts that arise consistent with her role in the Super Members Council would be managed by Housing Australia in the usual way. And I think Ms. Sherry has been very clear or has advised that she would declare any relevant conflicts and recuse herself from discussions and discussions in relation to that matter. And that is a fairly conventional practice across boards that we have in Treasury. I think, for example, it was reasonably well publicised that Mr. Bruce Miller accused himself from a foreign investment case that's likely to come forward.

Senator Andrew Bragg

Okay. So did you do any assessments of this conflict of interest real or perceived in relation to Ms. Sherry?

Katrina Di Marco

In relation to her appointment?

Senator Andrew Bragg

Yes.

Amara Foster

There were processes that were undertaken. The housing group.

Senator Andrew Bragg

The housing group. Okay. So we need to ask the housing group. Is that right about that?

Katrina Di Marco

Yes, that's that's okay. Yeah.

Senator Andrew Bragg

That's two out of three. You've got one more thing to ask about. Do you mind if I continue or do you want me to stop?
