>> Um not a driving reason um per se,Senator. What I would say is um wecontinue to year on year receive umsubstantial increases in the number ofFOIs that we do receive. So lastfinancial year, the 2025 26 year, wereceived 1,162FOI requests. Um that was a 9% increaseon the previous year. Um we do continueto despite this increase in the numberof FOIs received um and increasingcomplexity of them we do continue to seean upward trend in relation to ourcompliance rate for completing thoseFOIs on time. Um but in regards torefusals I I guess my comment would bethe complexity of of the um matters thatwe're we're having subject to the FOIrequests. Um we balance obviously thethe legislation. We're pro transparencyand and pro-release, but obviously haveto balance the national securityconsiderationsum particularly when there's a currentum criminal matter or a current royalcommission. Those matters obviouslyimpact what we're able to release underthe legislation and given the interestum because of the bondo attack and andother matters. We are seeing anincreasing number of requests aroundthose types of things that that do haveum complexities in what can be released.
