>> broadcasting. That's good to go everyone. Thank you. Welcome back. Still in outcome one. Um Senator Scarr

Matt Lowe

>> Chair, sorry.

Senator Glenn Sterle

>> Oh yeah, I told you I'd forget. Sorry, Mr. Lo.

Matt Lowe

>> If I could, we just um wanted to add um to our evidence. Um Senator Scarr in relation to the fertilizer facility, we did omit um a couple of companies um which we just like to mention on the record.

Senator Paul Scarr

>> Oh, if you could.

Sarah Burr

>> Yeah. Apologies, Senator Scott. Um, so just to add to the evidence I provided earlier where I noted that um, DAFF uh, did refer Insitech and CSBP. Um, that was on the 9th of April. I then mentioned that um, we also referred uh, a number of companies on the 6th of May. That was Nutrien Summit, Kosh, Amoropa, Ferto Globe and CBH. Um the group I forgot to mention was um on the 10th of June a referral of ABG and Samsung. Um and then I closed out with um mentioned that on the 18th of September we referred Monco.

Senator Paul Scarr

>> Okay. So >> So there's the three that participated. Um if you can was a late night last night. In terms of the math, how many are on that list who haven't participated so far?

Sarah Burr

Um so the three that are signed um as mentioned are Inst and Summit. Yep. And then the other companies that were referred and uh have either um continued negotiations with Export Finance Australia to enter into the facility or who may have taken a decision not to participate and I won't um disclose either way for each company. Um but the list that were referred was nutrient, kosh, amaropa, fertiglobe, CBH, ABG, Samsung and Monco.

Senator Paul Scarr

>> Okay. So it's 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8.

Interjection

>> Correct.

Senator Paul Scarr

>> Okay. All right. Thank you for that.

Senator Glenn Sterle

>> Thanks SC.
