Senator Penny Allman-Payne

Okay. Um just in relation to some of those documents that were released under freedom of information, um, why do the documents concerning the IAT that were released between September 16 to 18 appear to have been handled differently than the other FOI documents? And why were they withheld from the log before then?

Mr Blair Comley

I'd have to ask one of my colleagues to talk about that on the basis that that I mean, obviously with an FOI, there's an FYI decision maker and there's very strong protocols in the FOI Act for the independence of that decision maker.

Mr Greg Pugh

Uh Senator, if I may ask what you mean by those FOIs being handled differently, just so I can answer the question properly. Um but in terms of your second uh question, why was there a delay? Um I would have to defer to my corporate colleagues, but I think the simple explanation is just that there was a backlog in getting FOIs up under the disclosure log. The team worked through that and they are now all um up there on the disclosure log.

Senator Penny Allman-Payne

Okay, I might um give you a question on notice uh subsequent to this morning in relation to that with a bit more detail. Um Chair, um is it time for me to hand over the call?

Senator Ellie Whiteaker

You've got four more minutes.
